Brunch at Oliver's Garden

One major bonus about my job - Library Technician at a High School - is that I get the majority of the holidays that the teachers do. So since just before Christmas I've been free as a bird! And that means a lot of the mornings that have been spent at different cafes having breaky/brunch. Yesterday I caught up with my eldest sister, D and my gorgeous nephew A for brunch at Oliver's Garden, a really cute cafe in Queen's Park. The great thing about going with kids (whether they're pram/high chair bound or not) is that there's tonnes of space and a playground right next to the cafe.
Luckily we grabbed the last table in the shade of one of the umbrellas outside as it was a warm day.
We started off with coffee, of course, which was fantastic. I love the extra little detail they added to the foam, very cute.
The Baked Eggs were so so good. I decided to go with the option of adding chorizo which added a little bit of spice to the eggs. Don't you just love the pan the eggs came in?! It looks very rustic.
And because, of course, one picture of those eggs just isn't enough!!

  1. I love that place! The coffee, the food, the playground and the lake full of ducks! Those eggs look to die for...I must try!
